It feels to us that Web3 is currently operating like the year 2000. If 'Web design' was a thing, it was done by graphic designers who had experience in print ads, magazine layouts wasn't used to thinking about making interaction thingies.

With some notable exceptions, most web3 design is in the 'lets make it pretty' camp.
